What to include in a tool report
For a conversion or checker problem, include as much of the following as you can safely share:
- the tool you used
- input image format
- original pixel dimensions
- requested target DPI or PPI
- whether you selected metadata-only processing or resizing
- browser and operating system
- the result you expected
- what actually happened
- any error message shown
Do not send a sensitive personal image unless it is genuinely necessary to diagnose the issue.
Content corrections
If you believe a technical statement or government-photo requirement is outdated, include the page URL, the statement in question and a current authoritative source where possible.
Privacy inquiries
Privacy-related questions can be submitted through the same contact method. Do not include passwords, financial information, identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive data in a message.
